Metall-Insert
In the metal-plastic overmoulding process, metal parts such as turned or stamped parts are specifically encased in plastic. This combines the strength and conductivity of the metal with the insulating, lightweight and flexible properties of the plastic.
The process offers numerous advantages: Weight reduction, corrosion protection, electrical insulation and vibration damping. It also enables complex geometries geometries and reduces assembly steps, which saves time and costs.

Multicomponent injection molding
