As part of our Total Quality Management (TQM), we intensively maintain various quality elements. This includes systematic project analysis using the proven method of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), which serves to identify and minimize potential sources of error at an early stage. In addition, we carry out ongoing and detailed deadline monitoring to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and run efficiently. This ensures reliable production control and on-time deliveries to our customers.

Another central component of our quality management is the initial sampling, which is always carried out together with a proof of capability. This guarantees that all manufactured plastic parts meet the required specifications and high standards. Production processes are continuously monitored using state-of-the-art statistical process control (SPC) to ensure consistently high quality throughout the entire production process.

In addition, we rely on comprehensive error analyses in close coordination with our customers in order to integrate their feedback and individual requirements in the best possible way. This contributes significantly to continuous improvement and long-term customer satisfaction.
