Quality
To ensure the consistently high quality of our product ranges and services, we operate a customer-oriented quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This QM system includes the continuous improvement of all operational processes and involves all employees.
The following quality elements are intensively cultivated in line with TQM:
- Project analysis through FMEA
- Ongoing deadline monitoring
- Initial sampling with proof of capability
- Continuous monitoring of processes using SPC.
- Error analysis in cooperation with customers.
The QM system in the area of “Production, component assembly and sales of technical plastic parts” was successfully certified for the first time in September 2005 as part of an audit.
